The construction of the Zungalow site is nearing completion and will go live early 2009. We`ve been adding some features to the Zungalow network that we hope will benefit the future property community.
The three founders of Zungalow are keen to include our own houses on Zungalow. Although we are not actively trying to sell our properties we firmly believe that creating an internet page for each property is a no brainer. We view the advantages as follows :-
Our houses will always be 'passively marketed' and because they are always listed may invite offers from potential buyers.
We believe that 'everything has a price' including your house! Being a member of Zungalow allows potential buyers to find your property and perhaps make an irresistable offer.
Increased exposure - your property is always being marketed to the internet community on it's own page controlled by you.
If in future we decide we actively want to sell our homes we already have a headstart.
